We take pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences across all our locations and are looking for a leader who shares that passion. We are seeking a Supervisor / Director of Oil Express to oversee the daily operations of our five Oil & Lube locations. This role is ideal for a motivated, organized, and people-focused professional with a strong background in sales, team leadership, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities include:
Oversee and manage the performance of five Oil Express locations to ensure profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Hire, train, and develop store managers and technicians to deliver top-quality service and maintain a strong team culture. Drive sales performance by monitoring KPIs, implementing promotional strategies, and coaching team members on upselling and customer engagement. Ensure consistent execution of company policies, procedures, and brand standards at every location. Monitor inventory, payroll, and expense controls to meet company financial goals. Maintain a focus on employee retention through engagement, recognition, and career development initiatives. Conduct regular site visits to evaluate performance, operational needs, and compliance with safety and cleanliness standards. Collaborate with ownership and management to set goals, plan growth strategies, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.Qualifications:
Proven leadership experience in automotive service, retail management, or a similar industry. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to recruit, train, and retain high-performing teams. Sales-minded approach with the ability to motivate others to achieve targets. Proficient in managing multiple locations and priorities simultaneously. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.We offer:
