As our Adult Day Services Leader , you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of Adult Day Services across multiple locations—leading programs, developing people, strengthening partnerships, and creating opportunities for individuals to connect, grow, contribute, and thrive . What You'll Do Lead with vision: Set the strategy and direction for Adult Day Services while advancing CF's mission and long-term goals.
Drive growth:
Identify opportunities to expand programs, strengthen facilities, and build sustainable services that meet evolving community needs.
Champion person-centered care:
Ensure individuals receive meaningful, individualized services aligned with their goals and ISPs.
Build exceptional teams:
Recruit, mentor, coach, and develop high-performing staff while creating a positive, accountable, mission-driven culture. Champion quality & compliance: Ensure programs meet DODD, federal, health, safety, documentation, and licensing requirements.
Build strong partnerships:
Collaborate with individuals, families, guardians, county boards, community partners, and internal teams to create seamless support.
Use data to lead:
Monitor performance, outcomes, satisfaction, staffing, budgets, and resources to drive continuous improvement.
Represent CF:
Be a visible and trusted leader in community and organizational meetings, events, and initiatives.
