Overview Mia Salons is expanding into the medical aesthetics space and is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner with current med spa experience to lead, operate, and have ownership in our new med spa. This is not a standard employee position. We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial nurse practitioner that is ready to be an owner / operator. Duties Lead day-to day clinical and operational management of the med spa Perform aesthetic injectable and / or treatment services. Oversee client consultations, treatment plans, and follow up care Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain rigorous sanitation practices across all treatment areas Promote a welcoming environment through excellent client communication and personalized service experiences Drive sales initiatives by engaging clients in retail sales of skincare products, makeup applications, eyelash extensions, waxing services including body waxing, and other aesthetic treatments Extensive knowledge of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and laser procedures Proven experience in spa services such as deep tissue massage, waxing (body waxing), eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and other aesthetic treatments Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients Ability to lead a team with excellent communication skills and foster a positive work environment Sales acumen for retail product demos and promoting additional services to clients

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
