Division Repair Shift First Shift Job Summary Job Summary Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through line managers and supervisors. Develops and provides leadership to institutionalize the processes of Continuous Quality Improvement in accordance with organization goals and objectives. Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities Responsible for the complete cost, technical and schedule performance of significant company programs or a major section of a large major program. Participates in the proposal and contract negotiating team. Directs all phases of programs and projects from inception through completion; has program development responsibility. Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leads program review sessions with the customer to discuss cost, schedule and technical performance. Leads or participates in proposal preparation, business plans proposal work statements and development of technical and administrative specifications, operating budgets and the financial terms and conditions of the contract. Establishes design concepts, criteria and engineering efforts for product development, integration and test. Responsible for total program development- establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules; identifies program problems and obtains solutions such as allocation of resources or changing contract specifications.
