Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Med Spa Manager to lead our wellness and aesthetic services division. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional patient experiences, and drive business growth. As a Med Spa Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and optimizing financial performance. Additionally, this position offers potential profit sharing opportunities for those who demonstrate strong leadership and business acumen. Your energetic approach and dedication will help elevate our med spa to new heights of success and client satisfaction. Responsibilities Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality patient care Supervise medical and administrative staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations Manage fiscal responsibilities such as budgeting, financial management, and expense control Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations including
HIPAA, JCAHO
standards, and medical records management Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems like eClinicalWorks or Epic to document patient information accurately Coordinate with medical providers to ensure efficient practice management and optimal patient outcomes Implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones while promoting the spa's services Monitor clinic performance metrics and develop action plans for continuous improvement Lead human resources functions including hiring, onboarding, conflict resolution, and staff development Requirements Proven experience in medical office management or healthcare management within a clinical or spa setting Strong supervisory skills with a track record of leading diverse teams in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of medical terminology, medical administrative support, and medical records management Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as eClinicalWorks or Epic; Dentrix experience is a plus Expertise in fiscal management including budgeting, financial analysis, and expense control Experience with HIPAA compliance, utilization management, managed care, and hospital or acute care settings is highly desirable Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy clinic environment Background in dental or veterinary clinic experience is advantageous but not required Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with staff, patients, vendors, and healthcare providers Join us as we elevate health and beauty through innovative treatments while leading a motivated team!
