Spotts Insurance is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and highly motivated Personal Lines Service Manager to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced insurance professional with a strong sales and service background who is looking to advance their career in a leadership role. The Personal Lines Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Personal Lines department, driving sales growth, and leading a team of producers and support staff. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success within the insurance industry and demonstrate strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow the Personal Lines department's sales volume and profitability. Lead, motivate, coach, and develop producers and support staff. Monitor team performance and implement strategies to achieve departmental goals. Foster a positive, customer-focused culture that delivers exceptional service. Identify opportunities for growth and process improvement. Support staff development through training and ongoing mentorship. Qualifications Skills & Experience Self-motivated with a strong drive for personal and professional success. Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Outgoing, energetic, and relationship-focused. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to assess the needs of clients and team members. Prior management experience within the insurance industry. Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire others. Requirements 7+ years of insurance sales and service experience. Demonstrated leadership and management experience. Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License. Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products and services.
