We work with sellers, buyers, and strategic planners, providing business valuations, exit planning, sale preparation, and deal execution. Our six-person team is close-knit, mission-driven, and deeply engaged in a high-growth, meaningful industry. The Role We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Business Valuation & Deal Execution Associate to support our valuation and transaction work. You'll learn our proprietary approach to business valuation and deal execution through extensive hands-on training. No prior M&A experience required, though it's a strong plus. This is a great fit for someone with a solid foundation in financial analysis who wants to grow into a specialized, high-impact role within a fast-paced, professional environment. What You'll Do Analyze financial statements (P&Ls, both cash and accrual basis) to support business valuations Reconcile tax returns to financial statements Support deal execution using our structured project management methodology Communicate directly with clients throughout the valuation and transaction process Contribute to a small team where your work has direct, visible impact What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field (required) Minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis (required) Minimum 5 years of total professional work experience (required) Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines independently Ability to learn and apply a proprietary project management framework QuickBooks experience a plus M&A or transaction experience a plus

Pay:

$75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
