Join a rapidly growing business unit Ability to step up into management and lead M&A acitivity About Our Client I am partnered with a $2B, private equity backed manufacturer near Palatine, IL on a Commercial FP&A Manager opening. The organization is constantly innovating their product lines organically and through acquisitions, making them a leader in their business sector. With a strong culture of collaboration and flexibility to grow based on your career aspirations, the team is looking to add strong and determined individuals. Our client is looking for a growing Commercial FP&A Manager to join a newly created and aggressively growing business unit in their Schaumburg, IL office. This role will provide you with the opportunity to manage an analyst, lead the commercial finance activity cross-functionally, and lead the M&A activity from due diligence to integration.
Job Description Commercial FP&A Responsibilities:
Partnering with commercial side of the business unit including pricing, profitability of product lines & customers, sales, marketing, operations Work cross functionally with these departments and provide financial data on strategic decision making for growth Own rolling forecasts and long-range plans for the business unit Establish growth KPIs (i.e. revenue mix, margin expansion, ROI) Conduct variance analysis and provide this data in digestible format to tell a story with senior leadership Partner with senior leaders on growth initiatives including due diligence for M&A of businesses, product lines or SKUs from prospects Create financial models and dashboards for newly acquired products, etc. Create acquisition models and identify ways for shareholder value with new products lines, ensuring financials make sense from due diligence to integration into the business unit Manage one analyst MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
