FP&A Manager Location:

Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid)

Compensation:

$125,000 – $150,000 base salary (depending on experience) + bonus potential Key Responsibilities Lead the annual budgeting process, long-range planning, and rolling forecasts across multiple business units Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning, capital investments, and operational initiatives Partner with construction project teams and manufacturing leadership to monitor performance, analyze variances, and identify improvement opportunities Provide detailed analysis on revenue, margins, project profitability, and cost drivers across both lines of business Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration 5–8+ years of progressive FP&A, finance, or related experience Experience in construction, manufacturing, or project-based environments strongly preferred EB-9984601338
