Expect:

Fast-paced, high-energy work. You'll be on your feet, moving quickly, and handling a steady flow of customers for up to 10-hour shifts—so take those breaks to recharge! Crew-first mentality. We support each other, have everyone's backs, and get the job done together. Weather-ready. Be prepared for all conditions; we've got Dutch gear to help! Some heavy lifting. You may need to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 65 lbs (talk about a workout). Reliable transportation. You'll need to show up on time for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings. Training & Development. We'll set you up for success with training, certifications, and knowledge tests to ensure you meet the Dutch Bros standards.

Compensation:

Up to $15.75 per hour Number includes an average tip of $5.75 per hour.
