Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Location:

Greater Chicago Area (Hybrid/Remote Flexibility) A high-growth, private equity-backed organization is seeking a Manager of FP&A to join their team. This is a newly created, high-visibility role offering the opportunity to work directly with executive leadership and play a key part in driving strategic financial decisions.

What You'll Do:

Lead financial planning, forecasting, and modeling initiatives Own monthly reporting and board-level presentations Partner cross-functionally with operations, sales, and leadership teams Support M&A activity, including analysis and integration efforts Work with large data sets across multiple systems to deliver actionable insights

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience Strong financial modeling and analytical skills Experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment (PE experience a plus) Ability to communicate insights clearly to senior leadership Systems-savvy (ERP and advanced Excel required)

Compensation:

Up to $120k base Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
