Partner with Marketing and Creative teams on product launches and promotional plans. Work with Finance and Legal to resolve contract, royalty, and compliance issues. Prepare business reviews and reports for senior management and licensing partners. Stay current on consumer trends, retail trends, competitors, and the licensing industry. Represent Masterpieces at licensing and industry trade shows when needed. Coordinate with internal and external partners to keep projects moving and deadlines on track.
