M&A Integration Manager:
Lead post-acquisition integration efforts for newly acquired construction and roofing businesses Support acquisition due diligence activities, including operational and financial assessments Evaluate business operations, systems, processes, financial reporting, and workflows Develop and execute integration plans following completed acquisitions Partner directly with acquired-company leadership teams to assess operations and prioritize integration initiatives Coordinate integration activities across Accounting, Finance, Operations, Procurement, IT, and HR Assist with ERP, CRM, reporting, and enterprise system implementations Identify operational, financial, and systems-related integration risks Establish integration milestones and monitor progress against timelines Provide executive leadership with regular updates on integration performance and opportunities for improvement Support the development of scalable acquisition and integration best practices Qualifications for the
M&A Integration Manager:
