Operating on a flexible 1-day-per-week bi-weekly rotation , this role combines autonomous deal-sourcing with high-focus, one-on-one strategic mentorship. Week 1 (Research & Outreach): Work independently (via phone, email, or optional field travel) to scout small businesses and use your natural charm and wit to build trust with protective owners. Week 2 (High-Focus Evaluation): Spend the day working in person, one-on-one with the Acquisitions Manager to pitch your targets, run operational metrics, and greenlight official buyout offers.

Key Responsibilities Target Sourcing:

Identify high-viability, off-market small business acquisition targets.

Relationship Building:

Cold-outreach founders, leveraging exceptional emotional intelligence (EQ) and conversational banter to put folks at ease and open deal discussions.

Strategic Alignment:

Present your field data and collaborate directly with the manager to evaluate the financial and strategic health of each target business.

Qualifications Experience:

0-7 years of experience. We prioritize raw social talent, communication agility, and high energy over corporate tenure. Backgrounds in sales, hospitality, or real estate are highly valued.
