Job Description

Job Description This Project Manager will lead technology integration and divestiture initiatives related to our clients ongoing M&A activity.

On a daily basis, they'll coordinate network, telecom, security, cloud, infrastructure, and facility-related workstreams while partnering with architects, engineers, vendors, and operational stakeholders to ensure technology readiness and successful go-lives. The PM will manage 1-3 projects at a time, maintaining project plans, timelines, risks, budgets, and status updates within ServiceNow PPM/SPM. Success in the role requires exceptional organization, communication, and the ability to drive complex initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving M&A environment. Skills and Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in healthcare infrastructure/IT environments.
  • Relatable experience with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, or large-scale facility integrations; preferably in healthcare.
  • Experience managing network infrastructure, telecommunications, etc. projects from initiation through cutover
  • Deep knowledge of PMP methodology
Healthcare Sector Expertise:
Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, with a proven track record of navigating complex Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures (M&A/D).
  • Familiarity with clinical care systems such as nurse call, patient monitoring, or clinical communication platforms in an acute and post-acute care setting is a plus
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and ServiceNow (highly preferred).
