Senior Development Director, Affordable Housing

Care with Heart. Work with Purpose. Volunteers of America National Services (VOANS) is seeking a Senior Development Director, Affordable Housing. The Senior Development Director is responsible for for leading a deal team on executing all functions of development of affordable housing with a focus on financial analysis, due diligence, policy research, site selection, entitlements, and overall management of the development team/process from inception through permanent loan conversion, 8609's and hand off to asset management. PM Salary:
