•Active CPA license or JD required, along with at least eight years of tax experience and four years in a supervisory, training, or leadership capacity. Lead proactive tax planning, consulting, and compliance engagements for high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, executives, and business owners. Review and sign complex federal and multistate returns involving individuals, partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, estates, and trusts. Provide technical guidance involving Forms 1040, 1041, 1065, 1120, and 1120S, as well as estimated payments, extensions, audits, and multistate filings. Serve clients with complex holdings across closely held businesses, real estate, private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, and family offices. Establish engagement objectives, scope, methodology, staffing, budgets, and timelines while maintaining ultimate responsibility for quality and delivery. Maintain proactive, year-round client communication and identify additional planning, advisory, and compliance opportunities. Generate new high-net-worth and business clients through existing relationships, referrals, outbound introductions, and strategic networking. Recruit, mentor, train, and evaluate Associates and Managers while strengthening the team's technical and client-management capabilities. Leverage modern tax technology to improve efficiency, elevate the client experience, and help shape a scalable national tax platform.
