Night Shift Supervisor Position Reports To:
Assistant General Manager & General Manager Job Description:
The Shift Supervisor will work closely with the General Manager to assist with the operations and assure that the polices of Adventure Air Sports are followed. This will require working directly with guests, leading and influencing staff through effective motivation, instilling accountability, providing courteous and professional assistance, while enforcing Adventure Air Sports safety regulations. Must be available evenings and weekends. Saturday's required
Qualifications:
Supervisory or management experience in entertainment hospitality industry (Minimum two years) Outgoing, energetic, and friendly personality Ability to balance park managerial responsibilities with dedicated tasks of the position Cash handling and POS experience Ability to think logically, critically and work well under pressure Demonstrate ability in developing team members in areas of responsibility Physical agility and strength required for manual labor (Must be able to lift at least 50lbs) Ability to ensure attraction safety Strong communication skills: ability to write and verbally communicate in a clear concise manner College experience preferred, but not required of someone with like experience Must be able and willing to work weekends, evenings, and holidays - Everybody plays when we work! Responsibilities including, but not limited to: Assisting in the managing part time staff Ability to perform on the spot coaching Ability to handle and resolve guest issues in a friendly and professional manner Routine maintenance checklist Ensure the overall cleanliness of the facility, including but not limited to floors, windows, restrooms, and carpets Ensure accuracy of social media content, answer all customer questions and comments Design and create daily social media "stories" during shift Assist with daily/weekly/monthly inventory Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training team members

$12.00 - $15.00 per hour
