The Opportunity We are looking for a seasoned restoration professional who wants to RUN the division rather than simply manage a department. You will have responsibility for the overall performance of the Mitigation, Contents, and Textiles operations and will be expected to lead without micromanaging. The overall branch generates approximately $30 million in revenue , with approximately $5 million coming from Mitigation, Contents, and Textiles . Responsibilities Oversee the entire Mitigation, Contents, and Textiles division Run the division's P&L and financial performance Lead and develop the Mitigation, Contents, and Textiles managers Provide direction while empowering managers to run their departments Be accountable for production, profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction Ensure excellent customer service throughout the entire process Work closely with the company's TPA and Sales teams to maximize incoming opportunities Maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers, TPAs, customers, and referral partners Oversee estimating, production, staffing, scheduling, and workflow Ensure projects are completed efficiently, profitably, and to company standards Help identify opportunities for growth and expansion Step in and help solve problems when needed—you aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves Build a strong team culture and hold people accountable for results What We're Looking For Seasoned disaster restoration professional with strong mitigation experience Previous leadership experience managing a significant restoration operation Strong understanding of P&L management Experience with Xactimate Extensive experience working with TPAs Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to lead people without micromanaging Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership of a division Strong business judgment and problem-solving skills Someone who is comfortable getting involved in the field when necessary Must be willing to relocate to the Memphis, TN area if not already local Compensation $100,000 to $110,000 base salary + commission #
