Job Description
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in a Related Field
A minimum of 6 years' progressive experience in a related field
Experience at or with VMware by Broadcom (strongly preferred)
Project/Program management experience
Ability to establish/maintain top level relationships with OEM Partner Management Peers
Ability to build rapport with Provider Partner leadership teams
Deep understanding of partner tiering requirements, partner competency programs, and technical certification programs.
Ability to build awareness of WWT capabilities and direction
Ensuring we are tracking to goals and exceeding expectations
Ability to work under uncertainty and incomplete data sets
Strong organizational and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
Strong project management skills with ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $92,800 to $116,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

A Brief Overview:
As a Senior Global Partner Manager at World Wide Technology, you will lead the strategic planning and execution of our partner relationship with VMware by Broadcom at the highest level, ensuring comprehensive alignment with WWT's long-term corporate goals. Building upon the responsibilities of a Global Partner Manager, your role involves leading complex and strategic partner initiatives across the organization. You will oversee the development of partnership strategies, drive lead generation, and spearhead engagement initiatives. Your duties include leading extensive quarterly business reviews, monitoring detailed performance metrics, and facilitating advanced training and communication to support strategic objectives. Additionally, you will stay abreast of industry trends to continually refine WWT's market positioning and go-to-market strategies.
Responsibilities:
Collaborates continuously with the Global Engineering, Corporate Sales Organization, Business Development Operations, and Corporate Marketing teams
Understands short/long term goals of Partner Strategy; analyze success/completion of each goal
Understands and communicates overall requirements & expectations of Partner (KPI's, Metrics, Activities, etc.)
Owns Assurance of Scope and Direction of Partner Strategy Construction and provides continuous updates of business plans in collaboration with partners with input and approval from all internal and external stakeholders on goals, responsibilities, and quantitative measurements
Plans and co-leads Quarterly Business Reviews and presents results/progress on business plan objectives
Drives, leads, and accounts engagement with sales and engineering and report on progress
Drives and tracks completion/action on specific tasks, from all roles (Field Engagement, Account Mapping Sessions, Regional Events)
Owns the overall messaging to all parties
- understands and drives strategy in all meetings/communications
Owns the enablement, education of program goals and plans, to all parties
Tracks measurable numbers (revenue, costs, budgets, payments, distribution) - communication/adjust as necessary
Coordinates and hosts cadence calls for individual roles
Coordinates and hosts cadence calls for overall internal/external teams - with agenda, goals for each call
Remains current on the latest technologies through participation in both internal and external training.
Hosts and moderates online events (webinars, webcasts etc.)
Coordinates with Business Development Operations on marketing plans/funds
Develops an understanding of our competitive market positioning and WWT's go-to-market strategy
Assists with onboarding and mentoring of new partner managers
Creates best practices and associated content and present concepts to peers in team meetings
Leads QBRs and report back to leadership on action items, progress, and areas for improvement
Fosters team collaboration by posting and sharing relevant content in email and other team collaboration tools
Take lead role in executing against all required support services initiatives of the Partner Management Team including: WWT Sales Enablement
