Qualifications High School graduate or GED preferred with ability to follow oral and written directions. Previous Maintenance Supervisor experience a plus. Experience in a Long-Term Care setting. Capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations. Able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required.
