Job Description

About this position:
Position Summary:
The Director of Donor Acquisition (DOA) is a strategic, Kingdom-minded pioneer responsible for spearheading the formation of the New Donor Acquisition department. In this capacity, the DOA establishes the foundational systems, workflows, and organizational structure needed to scale outreach while upholding East-West's commitment to intentional, relationship-based stewardship. As a dedicated guide for those new to the ministry, the DOA receives first-time donors and guides them through a discovery process that explicitly connects their initial gift to the Great Commission. In addition to these primary acquisition efforts, the DOA provides caseload support and management for mid-level partners, fostering authentic relationships through prayer, spiritual encouragement, and consistent impact reporting to ensure each partner is well-supported in their journey of biblical generosity.
