We are seeking a Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships to join our global Strategic Partnerships team, where innovation knows no borders. This team identifies, structures, and accelerates high-impact technology opportunities that expand our enterprise capabilities and market presence. It brings strategic vision into concrete reality, connecting complex partner ecosystems with core technology roadmaps to deliver meaningful business value. As Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships, you will lead the 0-to-1 creation and execution of large-scale AI and technology partnerships from scratch. You will operate with high autonomy in evolving markets, structuring new business models and driving cross-functional alignment across product, tech, and strategy teams. This role requires sharp commercial judgment, executive credibility, and the hands-on capability to turn ambiguous technical concepts into fully executed enterprise partnerships. What you'll do + Frame, structure, and negotiate complex, enterprise-scale AI and technology partnerships from initial concept through execution. + Identify, research, and evaluate prospective technology partners to assess market synergy, strategic fit, and joint value creation. + Build 0-to-1 partnership theses and commercial models around emerging technologies, including scenarios where standard constructs do not yet exist. + Partner with internal strategy, product, and engineering teams to align partner capabilities directly with product roadmaps. + Design pilot programs, define joint value propositions, and resolve operational roadblocks to launch strategic collaborative initiatives. What you'll bring Required qualifications + Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic partnerships, technology alliances, or business development within a high-growth software, tech, or AI ecosystem. + Proven track record of independently structuring and executing complex, non-standard technology partnerships and commercial business models from scratch. + Deep understanding of the software and AI landscape, with demonstrated ability to engage credibly with senior executives, product leaders, and technical teams. + Strong strategic and commercial judgment focused on ecosystem leverage, framing, and long-term enterprise fit rather than transactional sales. + Exceptional autonomy and self-direction, with a proven capability to navigate ambiguity and drive cross-functional alignment. + Location in Bay Area, CA or Dallas, TX.
