About Houston
ExxonMobil's state-of-the-art campus north of Houston serves as home to its Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses and their associated service groups. The facility opened in 2014 and accommodates more than 10,000 employees and visitors.

What Role You Will Play On Our Team Lead high-profile tax advisory engagement Provide strategic insights on tax issues to tax compliance and other functions Develop and implement tax planning of business transactions Collaborate with senior management on tax issues Drive innovation in the tax function About You We are seeking a Senior Tax Counsel with a strong background in corporate tax planning, who possesses the following qualifications: Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum of 15 years of tax planning experience Minimum of a J.D. Licensed to practice law in at least one state Preferred Qualifications/ Experience Tax LL.M. preferred Strong project management skills Adds value by collaborating effectively with colleagues, clients and other support functions Shares knowledge to develop capabilities of the whole team Your Benefits An ExxonMobil career is one designed to last.
