Full-Time | $85,000-$100,000 Annually DistrictCryo Alexandria is seeking an accomplished, business-minded Sales Manager to lead the performance and continued growth of our premium wellness, medical, and advanced aesthetics practice. This is a senior leadership position for a highly motivated professional who understands how to operate multiple service lines, develop a high-performing sales team, and deliver an exceptional client experience in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be prepared to oversee a medspa generating approximately $4 million in annual revenue while identifying opportunities to increase sales, profitability, operational efficiency, and client retention. Although this position does not directly oversee clinical care, the Sales Manager must be comfortable working within a medically guided environment and collaborating professionally with Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, and other licensed providers. A strong understanding of HIPAA compliance, client confidentiality, clinical boundaries, and the importance of following established medical protocols is essential. Key Responsibilities Lead daily sales and operational performance across wellness, medical, injectable, skincare, and advanced aesthetics service lines Develop strategies to increase revenue, improve profit margins, and maximize the performance of each department Establish sales goals, monitor key performance indicators, and hold the team accountable for measurable results Coach, train, and motivate employees to confidently educate clients, overcome objections, and recommend personalized treatment plans within the appropriate scope of their roles Collaborate professionally with Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, and other clinical providers while respecting medical decision-making and established treatment protocols Ensure all client information, communications, documentation, and account activity are handled in accordance with HIPAA and company confidentiality standards Maintain efficient provider and staff scheduling while adapting quickly to changing business and clinical needs Ensure timely follow-up with new leads, missed sales opportunities, consultations, and existing clients Uphold premium standards for client communication, service, professionalism, and presentation Use critical thinking and sound business judgment to resolve challenges and make informed decisions Partner with executive leadership on promotions, medical and aesthetic service launches, staffing strategies, and long-term growth initiatives Create a positive, performance-driven culture in which employees feel supported, motivated, and accountable Maintain discretion and professionalism when handling client, employee, financial, and medical information Qualifications Proven success in sales management, preferably within medical aesthetics, wellness, premium retail, hospitality, healthcare, or another service-based industry Experience working alongside Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, medical directors, or other licensed clinical professionals is strongly preferred Working knowledge of HIPAA compliance, client confidentiality, medical-office professionalism, and appropriate clinical boundaries Demonstrated ability to manage multiple service lines and competing priorities Experience leading a high-volume, fast-paced team and driving significant revenue growth Strong understanding of sales strategy, team training, scheduling, client retention, and profit-margin improvement Excellent critical-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities Advanced computer proficiency and the ability to learn scheduling, CRM, point-of-sale, and client-management platforms Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining composure under pressure Polished, business-professional appearance and demeanor Availability to work evenings and weekends as business needs require Compensation and Benefits Competitive annual compensation of $85,000-$100,000 , based on experience Medical benefits available Full-time leadership position within a growing wellness and medical aesthetics organization Performance-driven environment with meaningful opportunities for professional advancement Clear growth potential into an Area Sales Manager or multi-location leadership role This position is ideal for a dynamic leader who is equally passionate about people, performance, and the client experience.
