Salary Range:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance industry with a focus on sales or agency management. Demonstrated history of building and maintaining a profitable book of business. Deep understanding of insurance underwriting guidelines and local market dynamics in Lynchburg. Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on mentorship and team development. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Responsibilities Set the strategic vision for the office to drive sustainable growth and excellence in client service. Develop and execute marketing initiatives to expand our footprint within the Lynchburg community. Mentor and coach your team to ensure every client interaction is meaningful and helpful. Oversee daily agency operations, ensuring we remain compliant and efficient in everything we do. Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with key community figures and local business partners. Analyze performance metrics to identify new opportunities for service expansion or operational refinement.
