Key Responsibilities Develop and execute national account strategies to drive revenue, profitability, market share, and volume growth. Build and maintain executive-level customer relationships. Identify growth opportunities across distribution, merchandising, category management, and promotional programs. Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Revenue Growth Management, and Field Sales. Analyze customer, consumer, syndicated, and CRM data to generate insights and business recommendations. Manage customer investments, trade funds, and promotional budgets to maximize ROI. Monitor business performance, market trends, risks, and opportunities. Coach, develop, and lead direct reports to achieve business objectives and strengthen commercial capabilities. Ensure alignment between customer strategy and field execution. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 7+ years of experience in National Account Management, Key Account Management, Sales Leadership, Customer Development, or Wholesale Management. Proven success driving revenue growth, profitability, and market share gains. Experience leading, coaching, and developing teams. Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and customer executives. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).Additional Information Travel:
Approximately 50%.Salary Range:
$136,000 - $170,000 plus bonus eligibility. Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO, wellness programs, and hybrid work flexibility.
