We're looking for a leader who can take it further. For more than 20 years, The Starz Program™ has been helping children shine through dance, sports, cheer, fitness, Ninja Fitness, yoga, and other enrichment programs delivered through schools and community partners. Our Corporate division has an established team, a strong reputation, hundreds of families who have experienced Starz, and long-standing school relationships. Now we're looking for a Corporate Area Manager to help us build the next chapter. This is a unique opportunity for a leader who is equally comfortable with people and performance . You will lead a team, manage priorities, track the numbers, identify opportunities, solve problems, strengthen school partnerships, and help drive enrollment and revenue growth. You won't be expected to do everything yourself. In fact, one of the most important parts of this role is learning how to build accountability and empower the right people to own the work. You will work closely with the Founder & CEO and have a direct impact on how the Corporate division grows, operates, and develops its future leaders. We are looking for someone who doesn't wait for someone else to solve the problem. They see it, take ownership, build a plan, and make it happen. If that sounds like you, we'd love to talk. Position Overview The Corporate Area Manager is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, performance, and success of The Starz Program's Corporate operations . This person serves as the key leader between the Founder/CEO and the Corporate team, ensuring that our schools, classes, teachers, enrollment, marketing, and operational priorities are moving forward consistently and effectively. The Area Manager is not simply an administrator or task manager. This is a leadership and accountability role responsible for making sure the Corporate area is growing, performing, and operating according to Starz standards. The ideal candidate is a proactive, organized, numbers-oriented leader who naturally takes ownership, follows through, solves problems, communicates clearly, and can hold others accountable while maintaining the positive, supportive culture that makes Starz special. THE WIN The Corporate Area Manager wins when the Corporate location is growing, profitable, well-staffed, well-supported, and operating smoothly — without requiring the Founder to manage the day-to-day details. The Area Manager creates accountability, ensures priorities are executed, and develops the people responsible for each area of the Corporate business.CORE RESPONSIBILITIES 1.

Establish clear expectations and follow up consistently on commitments. Monitor the Corporate scorecard and identify opportunities, problems, and areas requiring attention. Monitor enrollment, revenue, school partnerships, class performance, staffing, and other key metrics. Ensure Corporate Growth & Marketing, Enrollment, Operations, and other functional areas are working together toward common goals. Ensure each team member has a clearly defined WIN , responsibilities, and measurable KPIs. Coach team members toward stronger ownership, initiative, and performance. Recognize strong performance and address performance issues when expectations are not being met. Delegate appropriately and ensure work is assigned to the person best positioned to own it. Execution & Operational Excellence Ensure Corporate priorities and initiatives actually get completed. Work closely with the Implementation Specialist to move approved ideas from concept to execution. Ensure recurring processes, deadlines, reports, and administrative requirements are completed on time. Identify bottlenecks and remove obstacles preventing the team from accomplishing its goals. Continually improve systems and processes so Corporate becomes more efficient and scalable. Ensure the Corporate team follows Starz systems, standards, and procedures. 6. Communication & Collaboration Maintain clear, timely communication across the Corporate team. Ensure team members are communicating with one another rather than working in silos.
