We are seeking an experienced Director of Integration to lead the successful integration of acquired companies into a growing organization. This highly visible role will oversee the integration process from pre-close planning through Day 1 readiness and post-close stabilization, ensuring acquisitions are effectively integrated while maintaining operational continuity and achieving strategic and financial objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end integration planning and execution for acquisitions, from pre-close diligence through post-close integration. Develop and manage comprehensive integration plans, timelines, milestones, and priorities across multiple functional workstreams. Coordinate cross-functional teams including Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Legal, and other key business functions. Drive Day 1 readiness and ensure a smooth transition for newly acquired companies. Oversee systems and data conversions, process alignment, and operational integration. Track integration progress, risks, issues, synergies, and key performance indicators, providing regular updates to executive leadership. Partner with acquired-company leadership to support effective communication, change management, and cultural integration. Identify opportunities to improve integration processes, tools, and playbooks for future acquisitions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Engineering, or a related field. 6-10 years of experience in M&A integration, transaction advisory, corporate development, project/program management, or operational leadership. Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and acquisition integrations. Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with executives, functional leaders, and acquired-company teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Travel This position requires up to 50% travel , primarily to acquired and operating company locations. Travel may be concentrated around transaction closings, Day 1 activities, and initial integration periods.
Pay:
$120,986.13 - $175,983.29 per year
