Success in this role comes from building strong relationships with clients, team members, and hotel leadership while fostering a collaborative, humble culture. Luxury Hotel Director of Catering Requirements 3+ years as a Director of Catering in a luxury, full-service hotel 3+ years of banquet and catering experience Proven experience leading and developing a sales team Hunter mentality with a track record of generating new business Humble, genuine leadership style with no ego Stable work history with strong tenure Reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the property Luxury Hotel Director of Catering Responsibilities Lead the catering department, driving revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction. Grow catering sales through weddings, corporate meetings, and social events. Build and maintain strong client relationships while overseeing high-profile events. Ensure seamless planning and execution of catered events. Coach, mentor, and develop the Event Specialist team.
