Job Description

Midnight Cookie Company is looking for a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver, with a clean driving record, to deliver freshly baked cookies, supplies, and other items to our retail locations using a company-provided van. This is a part-time position averaging approximately 20-30 hours per week. The delivery route begins and ends at our bakery in Everett, WA, with regular stops at our retail locations throughout the Seattle area, including Kirkland, Seattle, and Redmond. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, comfortable working independently, and enjoys being on the road. Because you'll be responsible for making sure our stores receive what they need on time, strong communication and time-management skills are essential. Responsibilities Pick up freshly baked cookies and supplies from our Everett bakery Pack and organize cookies and other products for delivery Deliver cookies, ingredients, supplies, and other items to our retail locations Load and unload the company delivery van Assist the bakery team with finishing the bake and preparing orders for delivery as needed Follow an established delivery route and schedule while adapting to changes as needed Communicate with bakery and retail teams regarding deliveries and store needs Keep the company van clean, organized, and in good condition Notify management of any vehicle maintenance or safety concerns Regularly lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs. Help with other bakery and delivery-related tasks as needed Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Valid Washington State driver's license and a clean driving record Must have a clean driving record Comfortable and confident driving a delivery van in city traffic Professional driving experience preferred Food delivery experience preferred Must obtain and maintain a valid Washington State Food Worker Card Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs. Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills Dependable and able to work independently with minimal supervision Detail-oriented and observant Able to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations Professional demeanor and appearance Friendly, positive attitude Flexible availability, including weekends An appreciation for cookies is definitely a plus!
