1. Develop transformative commercial strategies that drive significant business impact. 2. Identify compelling opportunities that support Amazon's strategic priorities through primary engagement with senior business leaders and leading global companies. 3. Take the lead to identify, evaluate, negotiate and manage strategic partnerships and marketing deals that enable valuable customer experiences and support the strategic objectives of AWS services on a global basis. 4. Serve as a subject matter expert on commercial deal constructs. 5. Evaluate the economic and strategic costs and benefits of partnerships and work with appropriate leaders and across all functional areas of AWS to execute on the relationships. 6. Manage a team of senior deal makers by developing and cultivating a high performance culture that attracts and retains world-class talent. 7. Domestic or international travel up to 20% to perform role responsibilities may be required. (40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $235373
