This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving revenue, developing a high-performing team, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate is a strong sales leader who understands how to grow a membership-based business, coach teams to exceed performance expectations, and create a culture of accountability and excellence. Our Spa Managers are expected to lead from the front by actively coaching, developing, and inspiring their teams while maintaining operational excellence and an unwavering focus on business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Business Growth Drive clinic performance by increasing memberships, treatment package sales, retail revenue, and guest retention. Coach Spa Coordinators and clinicians on consultative selling, treatment recommendations, and objection handling. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly business performance, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and improve conversion. Lead daily sales coaching and accountability conversations with the team. Ensure all leads are worked promptly and consistently to maximize conversion opportunities. Create and execute local business development and community outreach initiatives to generate new guests. Develop action plans to improve clinic performance and achieve monthly revenue goals. Leadership & Team Development Lead, coach, and develop Spa Coordinators and clinicians to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences. Build a culture centered on accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement. Recruit, interview, onboard, and develop high-performing team members. Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions and performance reviews. Address performance concerns promptly while recognizing and celebrating successes. Lead by example, setting the standard for professionalism, guest service, and sales excellence. Operations Oversee all daily clinic operations, ensuring an efficient, organized, and welcoming environment. Manage staffing schedules to align with business demand while maximizing productivity. Oversee payroll, inventory management, ordering, cash handling, and administrative responsibilities. Maintain compliance with company policies, HIPAA requirements, and all regulatory standards. Ensure operational consistency across all aspects of the business. Guest Experience Champion an exceptional guest experience from consultation through follow-up. Resolve guest concerns professionally while maintaining strong relationships and brand loyalty. Ensure treatment recommendations, retail education, and membership discussions are consistently integrated into every guest interaction. Foster long-term guest relationships that drive retention and referrals. QualificationsRequired Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a medical spa, aesthetics practice, cosmetic dermatology, plastic surgery, luxury retail, hospitality, fitness, or another high-performance service environment. Proven success leading teams that consistently achieve or exceed sales goals. Demonstrated experience coaching individuals to improve sales performance and guest experience. Strong operational leadership experience, including scheduling, staffing, inventory management, payroll, and daily business operations. Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, based on business needs. Preferred Experience selling memberships, treatment packages, or recurring service programs. Experience working within a medical spa or aesthetic practice. Familiarity with injectables, laser treatments, body contouring, and medical-grade skincare. Experience using Zenoti or similar practice management software. Increase memberships, package sales, retail sales, and guest retention. Coach clinicians and Spa Coordinators to confidently educate guests and recommend appropriate treatments.
