Job Summary Dispatch Coordinator At CUI Cable Services, our Dispatch Coordinators play a critical role in keeping our field operations running efficiently. You'll be the communication hub between our customers, technicians, and leadership teamcoordinating schedules, managing work orders, and ensuring technicians have everything they need to deliver exceptional service.

Coordinate and dispatch field technicians based on customer appointments, service priorities, and route efficiency.

Monitor technician progress throughout the day and adjust schedules as needed.

Communicate with technicians, supervisors, and customers regarding appointments, delays, and service updates.

Receive inbound customer and client calls while providing outstanding customer service.

Prepare and manage daily technician work schedules and dispatch assignments.

Relay work orders, updates, and important operational information to field personnel.

Resolve scheduling conflicts and service issues by working collaboratively with operations leadership.

Maintain accurate records of work orders, customer requests, completed jobs, technician activity, inventory, and service documentation.

Prepare reports, time logs, and operational documentation in accordance with company policies.

Assist leadership with ensuring technicians remain productive while meeting customer service expectations.

What We're Looking For Excellent communication and customer service skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working with multiple computer systems and dispatch softwareHigh attention to detail and strong problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexible schedule with the ability to work weekends as neededMust successfully pass a background check and drug screeningPreferred Qualifications Previous dispatch, scheduling, logistics, transportation, or call center experience preferredExperience supporting field service technicians is a plusProficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and OutlookAbout CUI Cable Services Communications Unlimited, Inc.
