Summary:
The Customer Service Representative I is the link between the customer and the Customer Service Center in the delivery of prompt, efficient customer focused service. Demonstrates active, personal, daily involvement, visibility, open-mindedness and professionalism to Service Center and facility staff, internal and external customers, and suppliers.

Reports to the Director of Customer Service Center and is responsible for providing clerical services to the Leaders and Managers of Service Center areas.

Performs and coordinates a variety of duties related to scheduling, dispatch, and performance of the Customer Service Center divisions. As a team member of the Customer Service Center, in addition to the specific responsibilities outlined below, you are expected to demonstrate the vision of the Hospital. To accomplish the overall Hospital mission, you must exhibit integrity, innovation and a commitment to personal development.
