This role keeps our trucks moving after-hours, coordinates drivers, and provides calm customer service during high-stress situations. If you can multitask, stay organized, and communicate clearly, we want to talk to you. Responsibilities Answer incoming customer and roadside calls Dispatch light/medium trucks to calls efficiently Maintain accurate notes, timestamps, and updates in Towbook Communicate with drivers throughout the shift & track ETAs Verify payment methods, relay important info to drivers and supervisors Coordinate with motor clubs when needed. Ensure all calls are closed out properly and all documentation is accurate Maintain calm, professional communication even during high-volume periods Requirements Prior dispatching or towing experience preferred but not required Must be dependable with strong attendance Ability to multitask, type quickly, and learn Towbook Strong communication skills (clear, calm, respectful) Comfortable working independently during night hours Must pass background check Must be able to handle stressful situations and problem-solve Reliable transportation Basic computer skills (email, texting, GPS/locations, Towbook navigation)
