Transportation Management Key Responsibilities:

Track transportation equipment (chassis, trailers, trucks) status, location, and availability Monitor scheduled/completed loads and driver attendance to support daily assignments Maintain data on company drivers, owner-operators, and brokered loads Identify and resolve missing or inaccurate data. Prepare and update transportation reports; maintain organized records. Communicate updates and discrepancies to management. Assist with research, problem-solving, and other duties as assigned. Transportation Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED.

Required previous experience:

Dispatching and coordinating drivers and scheduled loads Coordinating drivers (company, owner-operator, third-party) and tracking equipment availability/capacity Tracking driver availability and monitoring pickup/delivery performance Communicating with drivers on loads, delays, and scheduling
