We are growing and looking for a strong, dependable Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and help keep our operations running smoothly across the entire Phoenix Metro area. If you are organized, quick on your feet, customer-focused, and can handle multiple moving parts at once — we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Dispatch and schedule plumbing technicians throughout the Phoenix Metro area Manage incoming calls with professionalism and urgency Coordinate technician routes and job scheduling efficiently Communicate clearly with customers regarding ETAs and updates Maintain accurate notes and customer information in company software Work on and navigate multiple platforms simultaneously Support office operations and assist management as needed Adapt quickly to changing schedules and business demands

Qualifications:

Knowledge of streets, cities, and travel routes throughout the Phoenix Metro area

REQUIRED

Strong computer skills with a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM (typing test required) Friendly, professional, and confident phone demeanor Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to remain flexible with changing business needs and work hours Must be dependable, punctual, and reliable Minimum 2 years of customer service experience required Scheduling/dispatch experience
