• Biweekly fuel allowance We are looking for an energetic full-time Inbound Customer Service Representatives to add to our team.

If you enjoy problem-solving, helping others by providing great customer service, and can communicate well over the phone, this position is for you!

WHAT IS REQUIRED TO BE AN INBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE?

We are looking for individuals who have at least one year of inbound call center and data entry experience (preferred). We place great pride in achieving customer satisfaction, so the following would be required to work with us:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word
• Basic math skills

JOB DUTIES

Some job duties include but are not limited to:

• Providing excellent customer service
• Accurately entering in tow information into proprietary app
• Answering customer questions correctly
• Using Google Maps to confirm addresses provided are valid
• Ensure proper documentation when entering calls to meet deadlines
• Other duties as assigned
