We are seeking a Bilingual Security Dispatcher (English and Spanish) to join our team. This position will be based in person at our location.

Job Responsibilities:

Dispatch security personnel to various locations Coordinate with law enforcement agencies when necessary Provide excellent customer service to clients Generate detailed reports on daily operations and incidents Manage conflicts and emergencies effectively

Job Requirements:

Fluency in English and Spanish Previous security training and experience Knowledge of unarmed and armed security protocols Proven experience in dispatching or a related field Strong conflict management skills

Valid Guard Card Salary:

$19.00 - $20.00 per hour
