Job Description

Position Overview:
Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Dispatcher to join one of their great companies. This role is essential for coordinating and managing dispatch operations efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with drivers and field staff to provide necessary instructions and support. Assess and prioritize emergency vs non-emergency calls Handle paperwork-check for accuracy Schedule calls into system to be dispatched
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar role within a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively. Proficiency in using dispatch software and other relevant technology. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Work Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Onsite role
Pay:
