We specialize in cross-border LTL logistics between the USA & Canada, providing exceptional service and value to our customers. We are seeking for an experience Dispatcher to join our growing LA team to coordinate daily operations and ensure efficient, on-time deliveries. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and dispatch local city straight trucks and tractor trailers for pickups and deliveries in a cost-effective and efficient manner. Maintain clear and concise communication with drivers, warehouse staff, and internal teams (Customer Service, Accounting, etc.). Update and maintain accurate shipment records to ensure precise tracking and tracing. Troubleshoot and resolve shipment or operational issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Monitor and prioritize shipment requests to meet deadlines and operational requirements. Follow and enforce established safety procedures, regulations, and company policies. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. At least two years of experience in freight dispatch, preferably in the LTL trucking industry. Basic knowledge of dispatch processes, including routing and load planning. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with TMS software (TruckMate experience is an asset). Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), with excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities. Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment. Enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a commitment to operational excellence.
