Route Dispatcher

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate and route delivery drivers to ensure timely, accurate medication delivery to patients Track driver locations and update dispatch logs throughout the shift Print, organize, and file prescription documents, delivery manifests, and pharmacy paperwork Communicate with patients and caregivers regarding delivery status and scheduling Support pharmacy staff with general operational tasks as needed Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is complete and compliant Assist with light data entry and patient profile updates in pharmacy software

QUALIFICATIONS

No prior experience required — we will train the right person! High school diploma or equivalent preferred Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficient with basic computer use (typing, email, printing) Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude

Full-time position: Monday

• 6:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM
