Key Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures, including restorations, extractions, and crown preparations. Perform expanded duties as permitted under California law Take and process high-quality dental radiographs (X-rays). Prepare operatories and ensure proper sterilization of instruments and equipment. Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and preventive measures. Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and documentation. Monitor and manage inventory of dental supplies and materials. Ensure compliance with California dental regulations and infection control protocols.
Requirements:
Current RDA license in the state of California. Current certifications in CPR, coronal polishing, and radiation safety. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. A proactive and team-oriented attitude with a passion for patient care.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with dental software such as Eaglesoft. Bilingual skills are a plus! Familiarity with advanced dental technologies and techniques. Why Join Us?
