This position serves as a central point of contact between customers, Field Service Engineers, and internal teams to ensure service requests are properly documented, prioritized, scheduled, dispatched, tracked, and moved toward resolution. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, comfortable coordinating multiple field technicians and service requests, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Receive customer service requests by phone and other approved communication methods and open service tickets. Dispatch and coordinate Field Service Engineers to customer locations based on service needs, technician availability, location, and priority. Schedule and coordinate onsite service visits. Route incoming calls and service requests to the appropriate team members. Maintain and monitor customer service tickets, work orders, and task lists. Coordinate communication between customers and Field Service Engineers. Adjust schedules and technician assignments as service priorities change. Follow up on open service requests and help ensure issues are moved toward resolution. Maintain accurate information within ERP, CRM, or service-management systems. Prioritize work based on customer needs, service requirements, technician availability, and established SLAs. Provide professional and courteous customer service, including handling challenging or upset callers. Work closely with a small team while independently managing assigned responsibilities. Use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other business applications to support daily operations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Approximately one year or more of relevant dispatch, field-service coordination, scheduling, customer service, call-center, or administrative experience preferred. Experience coordinating or dispatching field technicians strongly preferred. Experience working with ERP, CRM, work-order, or service-management systems strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Ability to communicate professionally with customers, technicians, and internal teams.
