Responsibilities The Central Transportation Dispatcher is responsible for the safe and timely transfer and transport of patients, equipment and other materials throughout the health center. The Dispatcher has significant interaction with associates from several departments, with physicians and with patients and visitors for the purpose of providing excellent care and customer service in support of the mission and values of the facility. Qualifications Education and Work Experience 1. High school diploma or equivalent required 2. One year of customer service-based employment, preferably in a healthcare setting, preferred 3.
