Take and relay messages. Provide information to callers. Direct any persons to correct destination. Deal with queries from the public and customers. Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization. Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness. Willing to work Saturday 12 pm-8:45 pm Schedule 6 days a week. 32-36 hrs. 3:45 pm-8:45 pm Monday-Friday.
