Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and organized Weekend Plumbing Dispatcher to join our dynamic team at True Value Plumbing Inc. Duties Receive incoming service requests via multi-line phone systems, online portals, and internal communication channels Utilize vehicle dispatch software and transportation management systems to assign jobs to plumbing technicians based on location, availability, and skill set Manage GPS and GIS data to optimize routing and transportation planning for efficient service delivery Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure technicians have necessary parts, tools, and equipment for each job Maintain accurate data entry of service orders, customer details, and job statuses in Oracle Transportation Management or similar systems Communicate clearly with technicians, customers, and internal teams to confirm appointments, provide updates, and resolve scheduling conflicts Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and safety standards during dispatching processes while adhering to phone etiquette and professional communication skills Qualifications Knowledge of transportation management systems. Familiarity with

GIS, GPS

technology, fleet management.
