POSITION SUMMARY

• We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Dispatcher to join our operations team. The Dispatcher is responsible for efficiently scheduling and dispatching field technicians to various job sites, ensuring timely response to service calls, and maintaining clear communication between teams, clients, and vendors.
• This role is fast-paced and ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives under pressure, and has excellent multitasking skills.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Schedule and dispatch technicians to job sites based on availability, location, and job urgency
• Monitor work progress and update schedules in real time
• Communicate clearly and promptly with field crews, clients, and vendors
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, job notes, and technician logs
• Coordinate deliveries of equipment, tools, or materials to field crews
• Prioritize emergency or high-urgency calls as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company protocols
• Collaborate with the operations team to improve scheduling efficiency and field performance

QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior experience as a dispatcher in construction, facilities maintenance, or related field preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel)
• Experience with dispatching or work order software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Procore, FieldEdge, or similar) is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
