Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Dispatch Coordinator with 1-3 years of dispatching, logistics, transportation, scheduling, or customer service experience . The Dispatch Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating daily schedules, assigning work orders, communicating with field personnel, and ensuring timely service delivery. The ideal candidate is proactive, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Schedule and dispatch technicians, drivers, service personnel, or field staff to customer locations. Monitor daily schedules and adjust routes or assignments as needed. Communicate with customers regarding appointments, service updates, and scheduling changes. Coordinate with field teams to ensure timely completion of assignments. Track work orders, service requests, deliveries, and job status updates. Maintain accurate dispatch records and documentation. Respond to incoming calls, emails, and service requests. Resolve scheduling conflicts and address service-related concerns. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure operational efficiency. Prepare reports and provide status updates to management. Qualifications 1-3 years of dispatching, scheduling, logistics, transportation, customer service, or related experience. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling/dispatch software. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Experience in service, transportation, logistics, maintenance, construction, or field service environments. Familiarity with GPS tracking, routing systems, or dispatch management software. Experience handling high call volumes and coordinating multiple schedules simultaneously.
